Father’s Grief is part of a nonprofit organization called Protect The Kids. We work in all that we do to protect children and families. This site is entirely dedicated to the paternal aspect of families which are often forgotten and commonly ostracized for their grief.
We are your neighbor, your coworker, maybe even your brother. We are the men who stand alone in the rain to hide our tears, we are fathers who have lost a child. The incomprehensible fact of our loss is carried with us every day. If you are outside this sad fellowship you will never see the depth of our feeling or understand the hurt we feel but we appreciate your support.
This branch of Protect The Kids is specifically to help bring my fellow fathers out of the darkness and back into the light. We can’t take the hurt away, that’s not what this is about. Everything we do is to help a father learn how to stand tall again even with the weight of the world on his shoulders.
